By using Cubie you agree to these simple, plain-language terms. They explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
Using Cubie
Cubie is a personal habit tracker for your own use. Please use it lawfully, and don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service for yourself or for other people.
Your account
You sign in to Cubie with your Google account. Keep that account secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under it. Signing in is what protects your data if you change or lose your device.
Your content
The habits, notes, and check-ins you create are yours, and you are responsible for what you put into the app. We only access your content to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cubie Pro and payments
Cubie offers an optional Pro upgrade as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Purchases are billed through Google Play, and subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Play Store. Prices are shown before you confirm. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies.
Backups
Your data is stored on your device and backed up to your account automatically. Pro users can additionally back up to their own Google Drive. Backups exist to protect your data, but no backup system is infallible — we encourage using the built-in export feature for anything you cannot afford to lose.
Availability
We work hard to keep Cubie reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the app improves.
Limitation of liability
Cubie is a tool to help you build habits — it is not professional, medical, or financial advice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cubie and delete your account at any time, which removes your data from our servers. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Cubie evolves. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date below. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
